Client Appreciation Gift Card — Terms & Conditions

Poet’s Year-Round Travel offers Client Appreciation Gift Cards on select qualifying cruise reservations as a thank-you for booking your vacation with us.

1. Qualifying Bookings

Client Appreciation Gift Cards are available on select qualifying cruise reservations booked through Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

Not every cruise line, sailing, fare, promotion, stateroom category, or reservation will qualify.

Eligibility is determined individually for each reservation and must be confirmed by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

2. Gift Card Amount

Eligible reservations may receive a Client Appreciation Gift Card valued at up to $200 per qualifying stateroom.

The exact gift card amount varies by reservation and will be determined and confirmed by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

“Up to $200” does not mean every qualifying reservation will receive $200.

Submitting a quote request, Check My Cruise form, or booking inquiry does not guarantee eligibility or a specific gift card amount.

3. One Gift Per Stateroom

Only one Client Appreciation Gift Card may be earned per qualifying stateroom, regardless of the number of guests traveling in that stateroom.

4. Annual Household Limit

A household may receive a maximum of two Client Appreciation Gift Cards per calendar year.

For purposes of this promotion, a household means guests residing at the same primary residential address.

5. Travel Must Be Completed

The qualifying cruise must be completed as booked before the Client Appreciation Gift Card becomes payable.

Gift cards are not issued before travel.

6. When the Gift Card Is Issued

The Client Appreciation Gift Card will generally be issued within 30 days after Poet’s Year-Round Travel receives the applicable supplier commission for the completed reservation.

Supplier commission payments may be received several weeks after travel.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Booking Changes

Canceled reservations do not qualify.

A reservation may also become ineligible if it is:

• Refunded

• Charged back

• Canceled before travel

• Changed in a way that affects promotional eligibility

• Changed in a way that makes the reservation noncommissionable

• Otherwise determined by the applicable supplier to be ineligible

If a reservation is modified after a Client Appreciation Gift Card amount has been confirmed, the gift card amount may be reduced or eliminated if the revised reservation no longer qualifies.

8. Reservations Booked Somewhere Else / Reservation Transfers

A cruise originally booked directly with a cruise line or through another eligible source may qualify only if the applicable supplier permits the reservation to be transferred to Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

Transfer rules and deadlines vary by cruise line and supplier.

Paid-in-full reservations may not be transferable.

A transferred reservation is not guaranteed to qualify for a Client Appreciation Gift Card. Eligibility and the gift amount must be confirmed by Poet’s Year-Round Travel after the reservation has been reviewed.

9. Existing Poet’s Year-Round Travel Reservations

Reservations previously booked through Poet’s Year-Round Travel are not automatically eligible for the Client Appreciation Gift Card promotion.

An existing reservation may be approved for a Client Appreciation Gift Card at Poet’s Year-Round Travel’s discretion if the reservation otherwise qualifies.

A reservation being paid in full does not automatically disqualify an existing Poet’s Year-Round Travel booking.

Eligibility and gift value must be specifically confirmed by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

10. Gift Cards Are Not Cash Rebates

The Client Appreciation Gift Card is a promotional appreciation gift provided by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

It is not a cash rebate, cruise-fare discount, refund, or return of any portion of the cruise price.

Gift cards have no cash substitution through Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

11. Combining Promotions

The Client Appreciation Gift Card may not be combined with another Poet’s Year-Round Travel-funded promotional gift or incentive unless specifically approved by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

Cruise-line promotions, supplier-sponsored onboard credits, discounts, or other supplier offers may still apply when permitted by the applicable supplier.

12. Cruise Line Independence

The Client Appreciation Gift Card promotion is funded and administered by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, this promotion is not sponsored, funded, administered, or endorsed by any cruise line or travel supplier.

13. Supplier & Host Agency Rules

All reservations and Client Appreciation Gift Card offers remain subject to the policies and promotional guidelines of the applicable cruise line, travel supplier, and Poet’s Year-Round Travel’s host agency.

If a supplier or host-agency rule prohibits or restricts an incentive on a particular reservation, that reservation may be excluded from the promotion or the gift amount may be adjusted.

14. Changes to the Promotion

Poet’s Year-Round Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Client Appreciation Gift Card promotion for future reservations at any time.

Any Client Appreciation Gift Card already confirmed for an eligible existing reservation will remain subject to the terms that applied when the offer was confirmed.
