Client Appreciation Gift Card — Terms & Conditions
Poet’s Year-Round Travel offers Client Appreciation Gift Cards on select qualifying cruise reservations as a thank-you for booking your vacation with us.
1. Qualifying Bookings
The promotion applies only to qualifying cruise reservations booked through Poet’s Year-Round Travel.
Not every cruise line, sailing, fare, promotion, or stateroom category will qualify.
2. Gift Card Amount
Eligible bookings may receive a Client Appreciation Gift Card valued at up to $200 per qualifying stateroom.
The exact gift card amount will vary by reservation.
Gift card eligibility and value will be confirmed before your reservation is booked or deposited.
3. One Gift Per Stateroom
Only one Client Appreciation Gift Card may be earned per qualifying stateroom, regardless of the number of guests traveling in that stateroom.
4. Annual Household Limit
A household may receive a maximum of two Client Appreciation Gift Cards per calendar year.
For purposes of this promotion, a household means guests residing at the same primary residential address.
5. Travel Must Be Completed
The cruise must be completed as booked before the Client Appreciation Gift Card becomes payable.
Gift cards are not issued before travel.
6. When the Gift Card Is Issued
***The gift card will be issued within approximately 30 days after Poet’s Year-Round Travel receives the applicable supplier commission for the completed reservation.***
Supplier commission payments may be received several weeks after travel.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Canceled reservations do not qualify.
A reservation will also become ineligible if it is:
Refunded
Charged back
Canceled before travel
Changed in a way that makes the reservation noncommissionable
Otherwise determined by the cruise supplier to be ineligible for commission
If a reservation is modified and the modification materially changes its eligibility, the gift card amount may be reduced or eliminated.
8. Reservation Transfers
Eligible reservations originally booked directly with a cruise line may qualify if the cruise line permits the reservation to be transferred to Poet’s Year-Round Travel.
Transfer eligibility varies by cruise line and reservation.
A transferred reservation is not guaranteed to qualify for a gift card unless Poet’s Year-Round Travel confirms the offer in writing.
9. Existing Reservations
The promotion is not automatically retroactive.
An existing reservation qualifies only when Poet’s Year-Round Travel specifically confirms the Client Appreciation Gift Card offer for that reservation.
10. Gift Cards Are Not Cash Rebates
The Client Appreciation Gift Card is a promotional gift provided by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.
It is not a cash rebate, discount off the cruise fare, or refund of any portion of the cruise price.
No cash substitution will be provided.
11. Combining Promotions
The Client Appreciation Gift Card may not be combined with another Poet’s Year-Round Travel-funded promotional gift, rebate, or incentive unless specifically approved in writing.
Cruise-line promotions, onboard credits, or supplier-sponsored offers may still apply when permitted by the supplier.
12. Cruise Line Independence
This promotion is funded and administered by Poet’s Year-Round Travel.
It is not sponsored, funded, endorsed, or administered by Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruises, Disney Cruise Line, or any other cruise supplier unless specifically stated.
13. Supplier and Host Agency Rules
All reservations and promotional gifts remain subject to the policies of the applicable cruise line, travel supplier, and Poet’s Year-Round Travel’s host agency.
If supplier or host-agency rules prohibit or restrict an incentive on a particular reservation, that reservation may not qualify.
14. Future Changes to the Promotion
Poet’s Year-Round Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion for future bookings at any time.
Any Client Appreciation Gift Card that has already been confirmed in writing for an existing qualifying reservation will remain subject to the terms in effect when that offer was confirmed.
