Travel Together. I'll Help Handle the Details.
Family. Friends. Birthdays. Reunions. Organizations. Golf groups. Celebrations. Whatever brings your people together, you shouldn't have to become everyone's travel agent just to make the trip happen.
You don't need the final headcount before we start talking.
What Kind of Group Are We Talking About?
A group trip doesn't have to mean hundreds of people. Sometimes it's family. Sometimes it's friends. Sometimes it's a milestone worth celebrating somewhere better than home. Start with the people and the reason — we'll figure out the travel.
the Trip Too.
There's Usually a Reason Everyone Is Getting Together.
Maybe somebody has a birthday coming up. Maybe the family hasn't taken a real vacation together in years. Maybe it's a reunion, wedding, golf getaway or simply a group of friends ready to make some memories.
Whatever the reason, the trip should be built around your group — not the other way around.
Family & Reunions
Bring the generations together for a cruise, resort stay or vacation everyone can look forward to.
Birthdays & Milestones
Big birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and the moments that deserve more than another dinner at home.
Friends & Getaways
Couples trips, girls trips, guys trips or the group chat that finally decides it's time to actually go somewhere.
Weddings & Celebrations
Destination weddings and celebrations where your favorite people get to turn one special day into a vacation.
Clubs, Teams & Organizations
Social groups, professional networks, community organizations and other groups ready to travel together.
Golf & Special Interests
Golf groups and other shared-interest trips built around something your group already loves doing together.
Don't get stuck trying to figure out whether you have “enough people” before reaching out. Group requirements and benefits vary by cruise line, resort and travel supplier.
Tell me what you're thinking and approximately how many travelers may be interested. I'll help determine what makes sense from there.
You Bring the People. PYT Helps Manage the Travel.
Because organizing a group vacation shouldn't mean becoming everyone's unpaid travel agent.
Don't Just Compare the Price. Compare What Comes With It.
Finding a price online is easy. Understanding whether that price is actually the best option for your group can be a different story. Depending on the sailing and group program, there may be additional value available that isn't obvious from the number you see first.
Looks Like the Lower Price.
You find a cabin online for $420. Looking at price alone, that may seem like the obvious choice.
Public pricing and inclusions vary.A Few Dollars More. Potentially More Value.
That same type of cabin might be $426 within available group space, but could include additional group amenities such as onboard credit or other benefits.
Group amenities vary by cruise line, sailing and group agreement.Sometimes the Better Deal Isn't the Lowest Number.
If spending a few dollars more gives you benefits worth more than the difference, that's something you should know before deciding which option to book.
The prices above are examples used to explain how group value can work. Group pricing, eligibility and amenities are not guaranteed and vary by cruise line, resort, supplier, itinerary, sailing length, availability and the specific group agreement. PYT will review the available options and explain the differences before you decide.
Your Group Needs a Trip. You Don't Need Another Job.
Once several people are involved, somebody usually becomes the unofficial organizer. Then come the questions, deadlines, cabin choices, payments and messages.
That's where having a travel advisor managing the travel side can make a difference.
Options Narrowed Down
Instead of sending the group dozens of possibilities, I'll help identify options that actually fit the trip, budget and people traveling.
Travelers Get Travel Support
Your travelers have someone they can contact about their travel questions instead of sending everything back through the group organizer.
Important Deadlines
Deposits, final payments and other important travel details can be communicated so the organizer isn't trying to keep everything in their head.
One Travel Point of Contact
When something on the travel side needs attention, you have PYT helping navigate it instead of starting from scratch on your own.
Taking the Pressure Off Your Shoulders.
You should be looking forward to the trip too — not spending the months before it answering everybody's travel questions.
Cruise or Resort? Let's Find the Right Fit.
Cruise or Resort? Let's Find the Right Fit.
You don't need to decide how everyone should travel before reaching out. Start with your group, your dates and what you want the experience to feel like. From there, we can narrow down what actually makes sense.
The Biggest Ship or Prettiest Resort Isn't Automatically the Right One.
A birthday group looking for nightlife may need something completely different from a multigenerational family, destination wedding or golf group.
The goal isn't to put your group anywhere that has enough rooms. It's to find an experience that fits the people actually going.
Your Group Doesn't Need the Same Budget.
That's normal. One traveler may want the least expensive option. Someone else may want a balcony, upgraded room or suite. Traveling together doesn't mean everybody has to spend the same amount.
The deposit is what gets the trip moving. Once we know what it takes to secure the reservation, we can look at the time available before final payment and the different options travelers may have.
If somebody needs another way to make the vacation work, I can help point them toward available payment or financing options when applicable.
Travelers may be able to choose different cabin or room categories based on what they're comfortable spending.
Depending on the booking, there may be time between the initial deposit and final payment to pay toward the trip.
When available and appropriate, I can point travelers toward financing or payment options they can explore.
Start With What You Know.
You don't need every answer. These are simply the things that help me start pointing your group in the right direction.
Adults, children, couples, families or a mix?
Celebration, reunion, wedding, golf or just because?
Exact dates are great, but a general travel window works too.
Everyone doesn't need the same budget. Let's first understand what it may take to secure the trip.
Relaxing, active, adults-only, family-friendly, luxury or somewhere in between?
An estimate is enough to start the conversation.
I'm Not Trying to Sell Your Group Every Vacation.
I'm trying to help you find the right one. That's Enough to Get Started.
You don't need everyone's legal name, deposit or final commitment before we have the first conversation.
You Bring the Idea. Let's Build the Trip.
You don't need every traveler confirmed, every room figured out or every detail decided. Tell me what you're thinking, who's traveling and what you want the trip to feel like.
No final headcount required to start the conversation.
Who's traveling, why you're going, approximate group size and anything you already know.
Dates, budget, cruise or resort, destinations and the kind of experience that fits your people.
I'll help narrow the options, explain the value and guide the travel side as your group moves forward.
